einhundert ist weiter auf Wachstumskurs. Als Senior Manager:in (m/w/d) Commercial Strategy & GTM gestaltest du die Zukunft unseres Energie-Ökosystems maßgeblich mit. Wenn du Lust hast, komplexe Herausforderungen in skalierbare Strategien zu übersetzen und unser nachhaltiges B2B-Portfolio aktiv auszubauen, dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Werde Teil unseres dynamischen Teams und treibe mit uns die Energiewende voran.

  • Übernehme Verantwortung für den kommerziellen Rollout unseres Wärmepumpen-Contractings – von Business Case und Pricing bis hin zu Leistungsumfang und Nutzererfahrung.
  • Ermögliche die Skalierung unseres Wärmepumpen-Contractings, indem du nahtlose Abläufe entlang des gesamten Funnels bis ins Fulfillment aufsetzt. Hebe dabei proaktiv und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Fachexperten Potenziale zur kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung in Sales und Operations.
  • Integriere das Wärmeangebot synergetisch in unser B2B-Kernportfolio aus PV-Mieterstrom und Smart Metering hin zu einem ganzheitlichen, integrierten Energie-Ökosystem. Arbeite dabei eng mit unseren Teams im Energiemanagement und Smart Metering zusammen, um die Angebote auf Ebene der intelligenten Steuerung zu vernetzen.
  • Optimiere den B2B-Kundenlebenszyklus entlang aller kommerziellen Phasen, um Hebel zur Steigerung von Conversion, Profitabilität und Kundenzufriedenheit datenbasiert umzusetzen.
  • Steuere das Produktangebot über KPIs, schaffe eine verlässliche Single Source of Truth und bereite strategische Managemententscheidungen durch messerscharfe Analysen von Markt, Kundenbedürfnissen und Regulatorik vor.

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Management Consulting oder in den Bereichen Venture Development, Commercial Strategy, oder Go-to-market innerhalb eines dynamischen Umfelds mit.
  • Du hast dein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Informatik, Ingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossen und besitzt die Fähigkeit, komplexe, unstrukturierte Fragestellungen in klare, skalierbare Strategien und Prozesse zu übersetzen.
  • Dich zeichnen strategischer Weitblick gepaart mit einer hohen Umsetzungskompetenz aus: Du hast Drive, unser Angebot innovativ weiterzuentwickeln, denkst in langfristigen Geschäftsmodellen und bringst Initiativen mit maximaler Eigenverantwortung auf die Straße.
  • Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit auf Augenhöhe vermittelst du komplexe kommerzielle sowie technische Themen verständlich und alignst cross-funktionale Teams von Sales bis Operations für neue Lösungen.
  • Kenntnisse der Energiewirtschaft, regulatorischer Rahmenbedingungen oder ein gutes technisches Verständnis für Hardwareprodukte beschleunigen deinen Start bei uns.
