Hintergrund

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Position sind Sie zentrale Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte zu allen HR-relevanten Themen rund um internationale Projekteinsätze, Entsendungen und länderspezifische Besonderheiten. Dabei übernehmen Sie die Koordination und Betreuung internationaler Mitarbeitereinsätze weltweit und begleiten globale Projekteinsätze aus HR- und Global-Mobility-Perspektive.

Konkret übernehmen Sie darüberhinaus folgende Aufgaben:

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sicherstellung einer frühzeitigen HR- und Global-Mobility-Einbindung in internationale Projekte durch die Entwicklung geeigneter Prozesse und Schnittstellen
  • Koordination steuerlicher Themen in Unterstützung für externe Steuerberater sowie Aufbereitung relevanter Informationen und Unterlagen
  • Unterstützung bei vertraglichen und rechtlichen Fragestellungen in Abstimmung mit externen Anwälten und Fachpartnern
  • Steuerung und Abwicklung visa-, sozialversicherungs- und melderechtlicher Anforderungen mit internen und externen Partner
  • Ganzheitliche HR-Betreuung und Koordination internationaler Mitarbeitendeneinsätze nach Deutschland – von Kurzaufenthalten bis zu längerfristigen Entsendungen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Betriebswirtschaft, International Management oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung im internationalen HR-Umfeld, Global Mobility oder in der Koordination internationaler Einsätze von Vorteil
  • Organisationsgeschick, Koordinationsfähigkeit und Interesse an internationalen Themenstellungen
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und gute Selbstorganisation
  • Serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit auch im interkulturellen Umfeld
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse von Vorteil
