Dina arbetsuppgifter

Din uppgift som konditor är att producera tårtor och bakverk. Som ansvarig för avdelningen leder och fördelar du det dagliga arbetet. Du har god kännedom om egenkontroll, rutiner och produktionens alla steg. Vi värdesätter din förmåga att optimera avdelningens resurser och att se till att rutiner och produktion fungerar väl på avdelning. God service åt våra kunder ser vi som en självklarhet. Konditoriet är placerat tillsammans med vårt Bistro och samarbete med Bistron är en naturlig del av arbetsdagen. All personal hjälps åt för att skapa de bästa förutsättningarna för kundnytta vilket det innebär att all personal ska kunna hjälpa våra kunder i kassan vid behov.

Vår filosofi för våra butikskonditorier är att kunden ska få goda och generösa bakverk till marknadens mest konkurrenskraftiga priser. Vi tillverkar tårtor, bakelser, kaffebröd och kakor. Vårt utbud utvecklas ständigt så du kommer att trivas bäst hos oss om du gillar förändring, ett högt tempo och vill utmana marknaden tillsammans med oss. Vi värdesätter förmågan att skapa och följa upp rutiner samt att skapa goda förutsättningar på avdelningen så att produktion och rutiner fungerar.

Vi producerar stora mängder så erfarenhet av volymförsäljning är meriterande.

Butiken är öppen 9-20 alla dagar så arbete på kvällar och helger ingår som en naturlig del i arbetet. Merparten av arbetstiden förläggs på dagtid.

För tjänsten krävs det att:

  • Du har en gymnasial utbildning och branscherfarenhet från bageri eller konditori eller motsvarande, som vi anser är likvärdigt.
  • Erfarenhet av beställningar är önskvärt.
  • Erfarenhet av arbetsledning är meriterande.
  • God svenska i tal och skrift eftersom recept och annan viktig information ges på svenska, andra språk är meriterande.
  • Har god kunskap om dokumenterad egenkontroll och livsmedelshygien

Som person är du engagerad och handlingskraftig med stort intresse för försäljning och för produkterna. Du inspireras av utmaningar och siktar alltid på bästa resultat i varje uppgift.

Du arbetar effektivt och är lugn, strukturerad, noggrann och har en naturlig fallenhet för ordning och reda.
