Om rollen

Hemavdelningen rymmer många leverantörer och breda produktgrupper, vilket kräver struktur, sortimentskännedom och gott kommersiellt omdöme. Du ansvarar för försäljning, varuflöde, bemanning och leder ett mindre team i vardagen.

Som en del av ledningsgruppen påverkar du butikens utveckling som helhet.

Det här söker vi

  • Erfarenhet från liknande avdelning eller heminredning är meriterande
  • God förmåga att driva sortiment och skapa inspirerande avdelningar
  • Du trivs med förändring och utveckling

Personliga egenskaper är avgörande för rollen.

Din profil

  • Tydlig, prestigelös ledare
  • Försäljningsfokus och ett starkt kundperspektiv
  • Minst 3 års ledarerfarenhet inom handel
  • God svenska och datorvana
  • Truckvana är meriterande
