El proyecto que te espera.

¿Te apasiona diseñar experiencias de viaje inolvidables? Buscamos incorporar un/a Agente de Viajes Vacacional para formar parte de un proyecto dinámico y en constante crecimiento, donde tendrás la oportunidad de asesorar a viajeros, crear itinerarios a medida y convertir cada viaje en una experiencia única. ✨ El proyecto que te espera Te unirás a un equipo especializado en viajes vacacionales, trabajando en un entorno colaborativo y orientado al cliente. Participarás en la gestión integral de reservas y en el asesoramiento personalizado para destinos nacionales e internacionales, contribuyendo a ofrecer un servicio excelente y experiencias memorables.

Funciones principales y requisitos.

  • Asesorar a clientes sobre destinos turísticos nacionales e internacionales según sus preferencias, presupuesto y necesidades.
  • Diseñar y elaborar itinerarios personalizados para viajes vacacionales.
  • Gestionar reservas de vuelos, hoteles, traslados, excursiones, cruceros y otros servicios turísticos.
  • Elaborar presupuestos y presentar propuestas de viaje atractivas y adaptadas al cliente.
  • Tramitar modificaciones, cancelaciones e incidencias relacionadas con las reservas.
  • Informar sobre documentación necesaria para viajar (pasaportes, visados, requisitos sanitarios y seguros de viaje).
  • Comercializar productos turísticos, promociones y campañas especiales de touroperadores.
  • Realizar seguimiento de las reservas hasta la finalización del viaje, garantizando una experiencia satisfactoria.
  • Gestionar cobros, emisión de documentación de viaje y cierre administrativo de expedientes.
  • Mantener actualizados los conocimientos sobre destinos, tendencias turísticas, compañías aéreas y proveedores.
  • Negociar y coordinar servicios con proveedores turísticos cuando sea necesario.
  • Atender consultas, reclamaciones e incidencias antes, durante y después del viaje.
  • Fidelizar clientes mediante una atención personalizada y orientación continua.
  • Alcanzar los objetivos de venta marcados por la agencia, potenciando la venta cruzada de servicios complementarios.
