El proyecto que te espera.

Funciones:

- Ayudar en la preparación de alimentos y bebidas, siguiendo las instrucciones del personal de cocina y baristas.

- Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para asegurar un servicio fluido, eficiente y con atención al cliente.

- Cumplir con las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.

- Mantener la limpieza y el orden en el área de trabajo, incluyendo mesas, mostradores y áreas de preparación.

Requisitos:

- Persona proactiva, con implicación y actitud positiva.

- Ganas de aprender y crecer dentro del equipo.

- Contrato indefinido a tiempo completa.

- Horarios rotativos mañana y tarde.

Funciones principales y requisitos.

- Aplicar las normas de higiene, conservación y manipulación de alimentos y mantener el orden de mesas, mostradores y áreas de preparación, para garantizar el cumplimiento del sistema de autocontrol APPCC.

- Atender al cliente durante todo el servicio, tomando el pedido, asesorando sobre la oferta y resolviendo sus peticiones, para asegurar una experiencia acorde al estándar del espacio.

- Controlar el stock de producto y material del punto y comunicar las necesidades de reposición, para evitar roturas durante el servicio.

- Realizar el cobro y el cierre de mesa conforme a los procedimientos establecidos, para asegurar la exactitud de la transacción y la agilidad de la rotación.

- Servir los alimentos y bebidas en los tiempos y con la presentación definidos, coordinándose con cocina y barra, para sostener el ritmo del servicio y la calidad percibida.
