Formarás parte de una unidad especializada que desarrolla proyectos de obras y equipamiento con una actividad relevante a nivel nacional, colaborando con diferentes áreas internas para impulsar proyectos de alto valor añadido. Entre los proyectos desarrollados por el área destacan actuaciones para clientes de referencia en los sectores hotelero, ocio y corporativo.

Tu misión será identificar, desarrollar y consolidar oportunidades comerciales, aportando una visión técnica que permita analizar la viabilidad de los proyectos y garantizar su alineación con los objetivos de negocio. Tendrás un impacto directo en el crecimiento sostenible de la actividad y en la generación de nuevas relaciones comerciales estratégicas.

Funciones principales y requisitos.

Funciones:

- Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio relacionadas con proyectos de obras y equipamiento.

- Captar, gestionar y fidelizar clientes estratégicos dentro del ámbito B2B.

- Analizar técnicamente las oportunidades para valorar su alineación con la estrategia de negocio.

- Coordinarse con los distintos departamentos internos para garantizar una correcta ejecución de los proyectos.

- Participar en la elaboración de propuestas y en la negociación con clientes y colaboradores.

- Colaborar puntualmente con proveedores y otras áreas de soporte cuando el proyecto lo requiera.

Requisitos:

- Formación técnica como Arquitectura Técnica, Ingeniería Técnica, FP de Construcción o titulaciones similares que aporten una sólida comprensión del sector.

- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones comerciales dentro de sectores relacionados con construcción, reformas, equipamiento de espacios o proyectos técnicos.

- Experiencia en desarrollo de negocio en entornos B2B.

- Habilidades comerciales, orientación al cliente y capacidad de negociación.

- Carné de conducir y vehículo propio.

- Capacidad para interpretar documentación técnica básica de proyectos.

- Persona organizada, estructurada, proactiva y con capacidad para trabajar de forma colaborativa.
