El proyecto que te espera.

Buscamos incorporar un/a Comprador/a para unirse al área de Compras y contribuir a la gestión y desarrollo de nuestras categorías de producto. Tendrás un papel clave en la negociación con proveedores, el análisis de resultados y la optimización de la rentabilidad del negocio. Trabajarás de forma transversal con los equipos de Diseño y Planificación, participando en la toma de decisiones estratégicas que impulsen la oferta comercial y la consecución de los objetivos del área.

Funciones principales y requisitos.

Funciones:

• Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de compra de las categorías asignadas, asegurando su alineación con los objetivos comerciales y de rentabilidad

• Seleccionar, desarrollar y gestionar la relación con proveedores nacionales e internacionales, garantizando las mejores condiciones de coste, calidad y servicio

• Liderar negociaciones comerciales con proveedores, especialmente del mercado asiático, para optimizar márgenes y asegurar la competitividad del surtido

• Analizar el comportamiento de las ventas, el stock, la rentabilidad y la rotación de producto para identificar oportunidades de mejora y crecimiento

• Elaborar y realizar seguimiento del presupuesto de compras, garantizando el cumplimiento de los objetivos económicos de la categoría

• Colaborar con los equipos de Diseño y Planificación en la construcción de la colección, definición del surtido y planificación de necesidades

• Detectar tendencias de mercado, oportunidades de negocio y propuestas de mejora que permitan evolucionar la oferta comercial

• Monitorizar los principales indicadores de negocio y proponer planes de acción para maximizar ventas, beneficio y margen

• Gestionar el ciclo completo de compra, desde la planificación y negociación hasta el seguimiento de pedidos y cumplimiento de plazos

• Participar en reuniones transversales con diferentes áreas para garantizar una gestión eficiente del producto y del negocio

Requisitos:

• Contrato temporal de larga duración.

• Aportar entre 2 y 3 años de experiencia en posiciones de Compras, independientemente de la categoría o sector en el que se haya desarrollado dicha experiencia

• Contar con experiencia en negociación con proveedores internacionales, especialmente en entornos asiáticos

• Disponer de un nivel alto de inglés para desenvolverse en un entorno internacional

• Manejar herramientas de Office, especialmente Excel

• Valorar conocimientos de SAP

• Demostrar una elevada capacidad analítica y orientación a resultados

• Poseer habilidades de negociación, influencia y toma de decisiones

• Mostrar capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes áreas de la organización

• Tener visión comercial y sensibilidad por el producto y el negocio

• Adaptarse con facilidad a entornos dinámicos y a la gestión simultánea de diferentes prioridades
