El proyecto que te espera.

Buscamos incorporar un/a International Marketing Regional Head – USA para impulsar el desarrollo del mercado estadounidense dentro de Cliente Internacional.

Su misión será conocer, activar y hacer crecer el mercado USA, transformando el conocimiento del cliente americano en acciones de marketing, desarrollo de negocio y decisiones basadas en datos que ayuden a incrementar su presencia y compra en nuestros centros de España y Portugal.

Funciones principales y requisitos.

Funciones:

  • Desarrollar la estrategia de marketing y crecimiento para el mercado estadounidense, alineada con los objetivos comerciales de la compañía.
  • Diseñar e implementar campañas y acciones de marketing adaptadas al cliente americano.
  • Analizar el rendimiento de las campañas, KPIs y comportamiento del cliente, identificando oportunidades de mejora y ajustando las acciones para optimizar resultados.
  • Trabajar con CRM, herramientas de análisis y reporting para transformar datos e insights en decisiones de negocio.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto asociado al mercado USA, asegurando una asignación eficiente de los recursos y seguimiento del retorno de las acciones.
  • Colaborar con equipos locales y globales para integrar las estrategias de marketing, ventas y desarrollo de mercado.
  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento, captación de clientes y posibles colaboraciones o partnerships en Estados Unidos.
  • Coordinar y participar en ferias, eventos e iniciativas internacionales vinculadas al mercado estadounidense.
  • Preparar análisis y presentaciones ejecutivas sobre evolución del mercado, resultados y oportunidades de negocio.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia profesional relevante en marketing, desarrollo de mercado, estrategia, negocio internacional o posiciones similares.
  • Conocimiento profundo del mercado estadounidense, adquirido a través de experiencia profesional, residencia, estudios o una exposición continuada al mercado USA.
  • Nivel de inglés muy alto / C1-C2, necesario para desenvolverse con total autonomía en entornos profesionales.
  • Formación universitaria preferentemente en ADE, Business Administration, Economía, Marketing, Comercio Internacional o similar.
  • Sólida orientación a negocio y capacidad para comprender el impacto comercial y financiero de las decisiones.
  • Alta capacidad analítica y experiencia trabajando con KPIs, datos de cliente y seguimiento de resultados.
  • Experiencia en gestión de presupuestos y evaluación del retorno de acciones e inversiones.
  • Capacidad para traducir datos e insights en decisiones, campañas y planes de acción.
  • Buen nivel de comunicación y capacidad para elaborar y presentar propuestas a nivel ejecutivo.
  • Perfil polivalente, autónomo, proactivo y con facilidad para trabajar de forma transversal con diferentes áreas.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar internacionalmente.

Se valorará especialmente:

  • Experiencia previa en sectores como retail, lujo, hospitality, turismo, travel o negocios orientados a cliente internacional.
  • Haber vivido o trabajado en Estados Unidos.
  • Experiencia en CRM, customer insights, marketing internacional o desarrollo de nuevos mercados.
  • Experiencia trabajando con partners, ferias y eventos internacionales.
