El proyecto que te espera.

En este puesto asumirás un rol clave dentro del área de Supply Chain, contribuyendo a optimizar los flujos logísticos de las categorías asignadas y garantizando una operativa eficiente end-to-end. Formarás parte de un entorno dinámico, con alta interacción con equipos internos como Compras, Operaciones e IT, aportando análisis, visión estratégica y propuestas de mejora continua. Tu trabajo será determinante para impulsar procesos, sistemas y proyectos que fortalecen el servicio al punto de venta y al cliente final.

Funciones principales y requisitos.

Funciones:

  • Mapear los flujos logísticos de las categorías asignadas desde el origen hasta la entrega en punto de venta o cliente.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de KPIs logísticos end-to-end e impulsar acciones derivadas del análisis de causas raíz.
  • Evaluar requisitos logísticos planteados por la organización y analizar su viabilidad frente a las capacidades internas.
  • Identificar cuellos de botella, riesgos operativos y oportunidades de mejora en la red logística.
  • Analizar costes por actividad de toda la cadena de suministro.
  • Gestionar proyectos logísticos estratégicos en coordinación con equipos de IT y áreas implicadas.
  • Liderar un equipo de varias personas, asegurando organización, priorización y acompañamiento.
  • Participar en reuniones constantes con responsables de Compras.
  • Desarrollar e implementar procesos, funcionalidades y despliegues tecnológicos relacionados con Supply Chain.

Requisitos:

  • Formación universitaria en Ingeniería, Matemáticas, Física, ADE u otras titulaciones afines.
  • Nivel de inglés B1–B2.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas informáticas y dominio de Power BI.
  • Valorable conocimiento de programación en Python o SQL.
  • Alta orientación analítica y visión de proceso.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en logística, supply chain, gran consumo y retail.
