El proyecto que te espera.

Actualmente estamos buscando un/a joven profesional con potencial de crecimiento, interés por el mundo de la construcción y las instalaciones, facilidad para relacionarse con proveedores y constructores, y con vocación por desarrollarse en la gestión integral de proyectos de expansión, reforma y mantenimiento.

Su función principal será la gestión y ejecución de obras, reformas y proyectos de adecuación, garantizando el seguimiento técnico, económico y operativo de las actuaciones.

Funciones principales y requisitos.

  • Apoyo en la gestión y seguimiento de obras y proyectos de adecuación de locales e instalaciones.
  • Elaboración y revisión de planos mediante AutoCAD.
  • Coordinación con empresas constructoras, proveedores y empresas de mantenimiento.
  • Seguimiento de presupuestos, mediciones y certificaciones de obra.
  • Supervisión de trabajos en campo y control de plazos de ejecución.
  • Elaboración de informes, presentaciones y documentación técnica.
  • Apoyo en la apertura, reforma y mantenimiento de establecimientos.

Requisitos:

  • Formación universitaria o FP relacionada con Arquitectura, Edificación, Obras o Construcción.
  • Conocimientos de AutoCAD (imprescindible).
  • Conocimientos básicos de obras, construcción y mantenimiento de edificios.
  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas habituales: Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) y entornos colaborativos.
  • Nivel alto de comunicación y capacidad para relacionarse con interlocutores internos y externos.
  • Disponibilidad total para viajar a nivel nacional.
  • Carnet de conducir.
