Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Technischen Einkäufer (m/w/d), der unser Beschaffungsteam unterstützt und entscheidend zum Supply Chain Management beiträgt. Ihre Schwerpunkte liegen im Bestellvorschlagswesen sowie der konfliktfreien Abwicklung von Lieferantenreklamationen.

Hauptaufgaben: Bestellvorschlagswesen:

  • Verständnis des gesamten Bestellvorschlagsprozesses von der Anforderung bis zur Bestellung
  • Überprüfung und Freigabe von Material- und Dienstleistungsanforderungen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Genehmigungsrichtlinien und Budgetvorgaben
  • Analyse von Bestellmustern zur Optimierung von Lagerbeständen und Lieferketten

Lieferantenmanagement:

  • Vollumfängliche Bearbeitung und Klärung von Reklamationen gegenüber Lieferanten
  • Unterstützung der Qualitätsprüfung eingegangener Ware und Dokumentation von Mängeln
  • Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten über Nachbesserungen, Ersatzlieferungen oder Rücksendungen
  • Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen bei wiederkehrenden Problemen
  • Eskalation von Konfliktsituationen an das Management bei Bedarf

Zusätzliche Verantwortungen:

  • Pflege und Aktualisierung von Lieferantenstammdaten
  • Preisanalyse und Marktbeobachtung
  • Entwicklung von Beschaffungsstrategien
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Einkauf, Logistik und Produktion

Profil

Fachliche Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Einkauf, Logistik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Einkauf bevorzugt
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in ERP-Systemen (z.B. Business Central BC)
  • Verständnis technischer Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen
  • Erfahrung mit Qualitätssicherungsprozessen

  • Durchsetzungsstärke und Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit auf allen Hierarchieebenen

Sprachen:

  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift verhandlungssicher
  • Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
