Deine Aufgaben:

  • Professionelle Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern per E-Mail, Telefon und in persönlichen Meetings.
  • Verwaltung und Pflege von Kundenkontakten und -daten in einem CRM-System.
  • Erstellung und Versand von Einladungen, Informationsmaterialien und Dankschreiben.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungskonzepten entsprechend den Kundenwünschen und -Bedürfnissen.
  • Organisation und Koordination mit den Betriebsleitern zu Food, Beverage, Technik, Dekoration und Unterhaltung.
  • Erstellung detaillierter Zeitpläne und Ablaufpläne für Veranstaltungen.
  • Einholung und Vergleich von Angeboten sowie Verhandlung mit Dienstleistern und Lieferanten.
  • Erstellung von maßgeschneiderten Angeboten und Kostenvoranschlägen für unsere Gäste.
  • Besprechen der Angebote und Beratung zu verschiedenen Eventoptionen.
  • Anpassung und Aktualisierung von Angeboten basierend auf Kundenfeedback und Änderungswünschen.
  • Betreuung des Event-Aufbaus und Koordination aller Beteiligten vor Ort.
  • Ansprechpartner für Gäste und Dienstleister während der Veranstaltung, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.
  • Lösung von auftretenden Problemen und schnellen Anpassungen an unvorhergesehene Änderungen.
  • Durchführung von Nachbesprechungen mit Gästen um Feedback zu sammeln und die Zufriedenheit nachzufassen.
  • Erstellung von Abschlussberichten und Dokumentationen der Veranstaltungen.
  • Analyse der Event-Performance und Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen für zukünftige Veranstaltungen.
  • Verwaltung und Abrechnung aller eventbezogenen Kosten und Budgetkontrollen.

Ihr Profil

Deine Qualifikationen. Das bringst Du mit:

  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Gastronomie oder Eventleitung
  • Abgeschlossene Gastronomische Ausbildung oder eine fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Service- und Qualitätsstandards.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP/CRM Systemen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in M365 Lösungen
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld effektiv zu arbeiten.
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch.
