Ihre Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt unser Office Team im täglichen Arbeitsalltag und übernimmst kleinere organisatorische Aufgaben
  • Du hilfst bei der Vorbereitung und Bearbeitung von Unterlagen, Listen und Übersichten
  • Du unterstützt unser HR Team bei der Bewerberorganisation und bekommst Einblicke in Recruiting und Personalthemen
  • Du lernst unser Rechnungswesen kennen und unterstützt beispielsweise bei der Vorbereitung und Zuordnung von Rechnungen und Belegen
  • Du wirkst bei kleineren Marketing, Social Media und Eventthemen mit und kannst dabei auch eigene Ideen einbringen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Organisation und Vorbereitung von Meetings, Terminen und internen Projekten
  • Du arbeitest mit verschiedenen digitalen Tools und lernst typische Abläufe eines modernen Office kennen
  • Du übernimmst kleine eigene Aufgaben und lernst dabei, Dich selbst zu organisieren und Verantwortung für Deine Themen zu übernehmen
  • Du bist im Austausch mit verschiedenen Teams und bekommst dadurch einen vielseitigen Einblick in unser Unternehmen
  • Ab und zu wechselst Du vom Office auf die Fläche und unterstützt unsere Teams in den Elaine’s Locations, damit Du auch die operative Seite unseres Unternehmens kennenlernst

Ihr Profil

  • Du bist neugierig, offen und hast Lust, die Arbeitswelt einmal richtig kennenzulernen
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig und behältst auch bei unterschiedlichen Aufgaben den Überblick
  • Du bist kommunikativ, gehst gerne auf Menschen zu und fühlst Dich in einem Team wohl
  • Du hast Spaß daran, neue Dinge auszuprobieren und herauszufinden, was Dir besonders liegt
  • Du interessierst Dich dafür, was hinter den Kulissen eines Unternehmens passiert
  • Du hast erste Kenntnisse in MS Office, z. B. Word oder Excel – wenn nicht, zeigen wir Dir die Basics
  • Du denkst gerne mit, bringst eigene Ideen ein und traust Dich, Fragen zu stellen
  • Du hast Lust auf Abwechslung und möchtest sowohl den Office Alltag als auch unsere Locations kennenlernen
