Tasks \& Responsibilities: - Serve as a technical expert and primary point of contact for internal customers regarding all service aspects. - Install Roche Diagnostics systems, including hardware and software, across all development phases, including early prototypes, as well as according to installation manuals in the Roche Diagnostics Knowledge (RDK) database. - Perform system qualifications (IQ/OQ), execute preventive maintenance, and conduct autonomous troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software issues. - Manage the deployment and servicing of various systems and their specific configurations. - Ensure comprehensive documentation in accordance with established quality standards. - Provide technical support for global development trials.

Must-Haves: - HF or university degree in an engineering or life sciences discipline, such as medical devices, electronics and automation, or mechatronics, or completed technical vocational training with relevant practical experience. - Initial experience in, or a clear willingness to work in, a highly regulated industry and in laboratories with biosafety levels S1 and S2. - First hands-on experience in a technical or mechanical occupation. - Customer- and service-oriented team player with strong communication and collaboration skills, featuring an autonomous and proactive work style. - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. German is an advantage for the Rotkreuz site.

Nice-to-Haves: - Basic knowledge of network administration and IT troubleshooting. - Prior experience servicing diagnostic instruments or involvement in equipment management. - Practical experience resolving technical issues across interdisciplinary setups, including hardware, software and laboratory workflows. - Previous experience working in a GMP- or ISO-regulated environment.

What We Offer: - The opportunity to work for one of the world's leading pharmaceutical companies. - A modern campus with extensive green spaces and meeting areas. - A central location with easy access to the motorway and a nearby train station. - A varied range of responsibilities. - Home office opportunities. - Further training opportunities through temptraining. - The opportunity to work in a dynamic and motivated team. - Good compensation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
