Deine Aufgaben

Du arbeitest in einem kleinen Team und übernimmst nach einer umfänglichen Einarbeitungszeit die folgenden Aufgaben mit dem Schwerpunkt elektrische Anlagen und Betriebsmittel:

  • Sicherstellung des sicheren und funktionsfähigen Betriebs aller elektrischen Anlagen und Betriebsmittel
  • Durchführung von Wartung, Inspektion, Instandsetzung sowie Störungsdiagnose und -beseitigung an elektrischen Anlagen und Betriebsmitteln
  • Arbeiten nach technischen Unterlagen (Schaltpläne, Verdrahtungsschemata, Zeichnungen)
  • Durchführung von Anpassungs‑ und Änderungsarbeiten inkl. Montage und Installation von Leitungswegen, Leitungen, Schalt‑ und Verteilerschränken
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation der wiederkehrenden Prüfungen elektrischer Betriebsmittel (ortsveränderlich/ortsfest) nach den jeweils gültigen technischen Regeln
  • Mitwirkung bei Umbauten, Modernisierungen und Optimierungen der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung sowie Abstimmung mit externen Fachfirmen
  • Sorgfältige Dokumentation aller Maßnahmen, Pflege der Anlagen- und Betriebsmitteldaten im Inventarisierungs- und Bestandsmanagementsystem

Gemeinsam mit deinen KollegInnen und unserer Unterstützung hältst du dich zu den neuesten Branchentrends und technischen Entwicklungen auf dem Laufenden und entwickelst dich weiter.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektrofachkraft
  • Berufserfahrung in der Haus‑ und Gebäudetechnik oder im Betrieb und in der Instandhaltung elektrischer Anlagen wünschenswert
  • Kenntnisse der einschlägigen technischen Regeln und Sicherheitsvorschriften in der Elektrotechnik
  • Sichere Anwendung von Mess‑ und Prüfgeräten zur Fehlersuche und Zustandsbeurteilung elektrischer Anlagen
  • Fähigkeit zur systematischen Störungsdiagnose und zur Entwicklung praktikabler Lösungen
  • Zuverlässige, eigenständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
