  • Du entwickelst anspruchsvolle, individuelle Webanwendungen und innovative User Interfaces gemeinsam mit unserem Design-Team.
  • Du realisierst komplexe, responsive und mobile-first Websites und Applikationen nach aktuellen Webstandards – von klassischen Websites bis zu modernen Single Page Applications.
  • Du entwickelst skalierbare, performante und barrierefreie UI-Komponenten und sorgst für eine robuste und wartbare Frontend-Architektur.
  • Du konzipierst komplexe Frontend-Logiken und setzt moderne JavaScript-Techniken, asynchrone Prozesse und Performance-Optimierungen sicher ein.
  • Du entwickelst interaktive und komplexe Animationen mit CSS und JavaScript und setzt diese gezielt für eine intuitive User Experience ein.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit unserem Design-Team zusammen, gibst technisches Feedback zur Machbarkeit und bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unseres Designsystems ein.
  • Du entwickelst Barrierefreiheit als integralen Bestandteil unserer Frontend-Entwicklung weiter und stellst die Qualität der Umsetzung mit geeigneten Tools und Methoden sicher.
  • Du analysierst neue Technologien und Tools, bewertest deren Potenzial und gestaltest deren Einführung im Team aktiv mit.
  • Du nutzt KI-gestützte Entwicklungstools wie Claude Code souverän und entwickelst gemeinsam mit uns moderne und effiziente Arbeitsweisen weiter.
  • Du triffst technische Entscheidungen mit Blick auf Skalierbarkeit, Performance, Wartbarkeit und zukünftige Anforderungen.
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für technische Standards und die Weiterentwicklung unserer Frontend-Architektur.
  • Du führst Code Reviews durch, gibst konstruktives fachliches Feedback und unterstützt deine Kolleg:innen bei ihrer fachlichen Entwicklung.
  • Du entwickelst das Frontend-Team durch Wissenstransfer, Sparring und Mentoring fachlich weiter.
  • Du erstellst und pflegst strukturierte technische Dokumentationen und machst komplexe technische Entscheidungen auch für andere Entwickler:innen und Stakeholder nachvollziehbar.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, ein Studium der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Frontend-Entwicklung mit, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS und JavaScript/ES6 bzw. TypeScript.
  • Du beherrschst moderne CSS-Techniken wie CSS Grid und kennst gängige CSS-Architekturen wie BEM und Präprozessoren wie Sass.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit modernen Frontend-Architekturen und der Entwicklung robuster, wiederverwendbarer und skalierbarer Komponenten.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit asynchroner JavaScript-Programmierung, APIs und Performance-Optimierung.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung vollständig barrierefreier Webanwendungen und kennst den gezielten Einsatz von ARIA sowie gängige Accessibility-Testing-Tools wie Axe oder ARC.
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit komplexen Animationen und JavaScript-Animation-Libraries und weißt, wie du diese performant und unter Berücksichtigung von Accessibility einsetzt.
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Usability und Design und kannst Designvorgaben technisch fundiert bewerten, umsetzen und bei Bedarf gemeinsam mit Designer:innen weiterentwickeln.
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Git, NPM und modernen Build- und Entwicklungswerkzeugen.
  • Du verfügst über Erfahrung mit KI-gestützten Entwicklungstools, idealerweise Claude Code, und setzt diese gezielt zur Verbesserung deiner Entwicklungsprozesse ein.
  • Du recherchierst und bewertest neue Technologien selbstständig und kannst deren Einsatz hinsichtlich technischer und strategischer Auswirkungen beurteilen.
  • Du hast Freude daran, technische Entscheidungen zu treffen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die technologische Entwicklung des Frontend-Bereichs aktiv mitzugestalten.
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, bist ein geschätzter fachlicher Sparringspartner und gibst konstruktives Feedback.
  • Du hast Interesse daran, dein Wissen weiterzugeben und Kolleg:innen fachlich zu fördern.
  • Idealerweise bringst du Kenntnisse im Symfony-Framework und Twig-Templating mit.
