Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Azure Cloud & Infrastructure Expert zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in unserem Büro in Bern. Wir suchen jemanden mit fundierten DevOps-Kenntnissen und umfassender Expertise sowohl in Windows Server- als auch in Linux-Umgebungen. Der ideale Kandidat ist verantwortlich für die Konzeption, Implementierung und den Betrieb sicherer, skalierbarer und hochverfügbarer Azure- sowie Hybrid-Cloud-Infrastrukturlösungen.

Diese Position erfordert einen praxisorientierten Infrastruktur-Spezialisten, der fundiertes Azure-Know-how mit starken Fähigkeiten in der Systemadministration, Automatisierung und im operativen Betrieb kombiniert. Sie arbeiten eng mit Kunden, Architekten und Betriebsteams zusammen, um bestehende Infrastrukturen zu modernisieren, die Zuverlässigkeit zu erhöhen und die Cloud-Transformation voranzutreiben.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Konzeption, Implementierung und Betrieb von Azure- und Hybrid-Cloud-Infrastrukturlösungen
  • Verwaltung und Optimierung zentraler Azure-Dienste in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Compute, Storage, Identity und Security
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung von Infrastructure-as-Code-(IaC)-Lösungen mit marktüblichen Tools
  • Entwicklung und Betrieb von CI/CD-Pipelines zur Automatisierung von Infrastruktur- und Applikationsdeployments
  • Administration, Wartung und Fehlerbehebung von Windows-Server- und Linux-Umgebungen
  • Implementierung von Monitoring-, Logging-, Backup- und Disaster-Recovery-Lösungen
  • Sicherstellung von Sicherheit, Compliance, Performance und Verfügbarkeit der Infrastruktur
  • Unterstützung im Incident Management, Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Betriebsprozesse
  • Mitwirkung bei Architekturdesigns und technischen Entscheidungen
  • Coaching und Unterstützung von Junior Engineers sowie Förderung von Infrastruktur- und DevOps-Best-Practices

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium auf Stufe Uni/ETH/FH oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung mit Microsoft Azure in Enterprise-Umgebungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Azure Networking, Identity, Storage, Compute und Security Services
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung im Betrieb von Hybrid-Cloud- und On-Premises-Infrastrukturen
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Administration von Windows Server, einschließlich Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP und verwandten Technologien
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Linux-Administration
  • Umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau und Betrieb von CI/CD-Pipelines mit Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins oder vergleichbaren Plattformen
  • Sehr gute Scripting- und Automatisierungskenntnisse mit PowerShell und/oder Bash
  • Erfahrung mit Git und modernen DevOps-Methoden
  • Ausgeprägte Analyse-, Troubleshooting- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Netzwerke, IT-Sicherheit, Governance und Betriebsprozesse
  • Flüssige Kenntnisse in Schweizerdeutsch und Englisch; Französisch ist von Vorteil.

Wünschenswerte Qualifikationen

  • Azure-Zertifizierungen wie AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-700 oder DevOps Engineer Expert
  • Erfahrung in Enterprise-Migrations- und Modernisierungsprojekten
