Bist Du auf der Suche nach einer neuen beruflichen Herausforderung im Bereich SwissSalary und Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central? Möchtest Du gemeinsam mit anderen D365-Experten Kunden beim Aufbau und der Nutzung von SwissSalary unterstützen? Dann verstärke unser wachsendes BC-Team in der Deutschschweiz!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du analysierst, dokumentierst, konfigurierst und testest die Einführung von SwissSalary im Rahmen von separaten Mandaten oder integriert in grössere ERP-Projekte
  • Du schulst die Endanwender des Kunden
  • Du betreust und unterstützt die Kunden im produktiven Betrieb
  • Du koordinierst die Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden um besondere Anforderungen aufzunehmen, konzeptionell zu analysieren und Lösungsvorschläge zu erarbeiten
  • Du arbeitest bei Bedarf mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung zusammen
  • Du unterstützt unsere Sales in der Erarbeitung von Offerten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung im HR, Payroll-Spezialist oder Sozialversicherung und mind. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Payroll
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Sozialversicherungssystem, Payroll und Arbeitsrecht
  • Erfahrung mit Business Central (ehemals NAV) und mit SwissSalary in der Rolle als Consultant
  • Erfahrung in der initialen Umsetzung und der Betriebsunterstützung mit SwissSalary
  • Hohe IT-Affinität und Interesse am Spannungsfeld aus Payroll und Digitalisierung
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, analytisches Denkvermögen und Teamgeist
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Freude an der Beratung sowie an der Arbeit in Projekten
