Am Standort Bern, Zürich oder Basel suchen wir für das ELCA Advisory Team eine selbständige Persönlichkeit mit Macher-Qualitäten, um unser erfolgreiches Wachstum weiterhin voranzutreiben.

Deine Rolle Hast Du Lust, gemeinsam mit uns die Tests von Software bei ELCA oder unseren Kunden voranzutreiben? Hast Du fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich Testmanagement in klassischen und agilen Vorhaben? Dann bringe mit uns digitale Vorhaben zum Erfolg und stärke die Digitalkompetenz der Schweiz.

Folgende Aufgaben begeistern Dich:

  • Erstellen von Teststrategien, Testkonzepten, Testpläne und Testprozesse
  • Kommunikation mit den Stakeholdern hinsichtlich aller Testthemen
  • Betreuen und Koordinieren der Tester bezüglich Testfallerstellung, Testdurchführung und Testressourcen
  • Erstellen von testspezifischen Status- und Abschlussberichten
  • Unterstützen des Abnahmeprozesseses
  • Beraten von Kunden bei der Entwicklung von Teststrategien und Testorganisationen

Dein Profil

  • Technischer Abschluss an einer Hochschule UNI/ETH/FH/HF vorzugsweise in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Ingenieurwesen oder Naturwissenschaften
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre praktische Erfahrungen als Testmanager und Tester in grossen Projekten, sowie Testmanagement-Erfahrung in agilen Vorhaben
  • Zertifizierung als ISTQB Advanced Level Test Manager von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung als Business Analyst von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte soziale Kompetenzen und die Fähigkeit zur konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit in Teams sowie im Umgang mit verschiedenen Interessensgruppen
  • Sehr gute Planungs-, Koordinations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Bereitschaft, kontinuierlich zu lernen und sich in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu entfalten
  • Interesse und Eigeninitiative für die Weiterentwicklung des ELCA Advisory Teams und für den Ausbau des Dienstleistungsangebots von ELCA
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse, Französisch Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft vor Ort bei unseren Kunden zu arbeiten
