Deine Aufgaben

Java-Architektur trifft auf KI-gestützte Entwicklung: Bei ELCA in Bern baust du grosse Java-Applikationen von Grund auf – und gestaltest mit, wie wir AI-Coding-Tools und LLM-Architekturen im Enterprise-Umfeld verantwortungsvoll einsetzen.

Deine Rolle

  • Du entwickelst mit Business- und Engineering-Teams Java-Applikationen von Grund auf, unterstützt durch KI-gestützte Entwicklungstools
  • Du begleitest Teams end-to-end: Konzeption, Anforderungen, Architektur, Implementierung, Auslieferung
  • Du berätst unsere Kunden technologisch und architektonisch – inklusive LLM-integrierter Architekturen
  • Du unterstützt den Pre-Sales bei Ausschreibungen und Proof-of-Concepts
  • Du entwickelst unsere Architekturpraxis und unsere AI-Governance-Standards gruppenweit mit

Dein Profil

  • 6+ Jahre Erfahrung im Design und in der Umsetzung grosser Java-Applikationen
  • Spring / Spring Boot, JPA / Hibernate, Maven / Gradle
  • Integrationsmuster: REST, Messaging, Publish-Subscribe, sync vs. async Docker, Kubernetes oder OpenShift, CI/CD und DevOps
  • Erfahrung mit AI-assisted Development (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) und LLM-basierten Features (RAG, Tool Use, agentische Loops, MCP)
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
