Die Sumex AG wurde 2019 gegründet und ist aus der langjährigen Zusammenarbeit zwischen der ELCA Informatik AG und der Suva hervorgegangen. Im Jahr 2022 schlossen wir uns mit der Secon AG zusammen, um ein führender Anbieter von ERP- und Schadenmanagement-Software für das Schweizer Gesundheitswesen zu werden. Unser Ziel ist es, die Komplexität zu reduzieren, die Compliance zu gewährleisten und die Effizienz durch die Automatisierung von Standardprozessen im Versicherungswesen zu steigern. Unser privat geführtes Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Zürich beschäftigt mehr als 50 Experten, die Kunden in der ganzen Schweiz betreuen.

Du bist eine technisch versierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Kundenkontakt, Softwareentwicklung und fachlicher Führung? Dann suchen wir genau Dich als Lead Engineer .NET & SQL. In dieser Rolle übernimmst Du Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Softwarelösungen und arbeitest eng mit Kunden und internen Teams zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Technische Leitung und Weiterentwicklung von Softwarelösungen auf Basis von .NET und SQL-Datenbanken
  • Entwicklung und Wartung von Backend- und Frontend-Anwendungen
  • Aufnahme, Analyse und Umsetzung von Kundenanforderungen
  • Unterstützung von Teams-Meetings sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
  • Koordination und Support von Teammitgliedern und Projektbeteiligten
  • Direkter Kontakt zu Kunden sowie Betreuung und Beratung bei technischen Fragestellungen
  • Sicherstellung von Qualität, Performance und Stabilität der Anwendungen
  • Bereitschaft, die Geschäftsprozesse und den fachlichen Kontext von Gesundheitsversicherungen kennenzulernen und zu verstehen

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Software Engineer oder Lead Engineer
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Microsoft SQL Server, .NET, C#, Blazor, JavaScript und Vue.js
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Wartung moderner Backend- und Frontend-Applikationen
  • Freude am Kundenkontakt und an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Anspruchsgruppen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit AI-gestützten Entwicklungstools wie Claude Code sowie AI-basierten Code Reviews
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Offenheit und Interesse, sich in die Prozesse der Gesundheitsversicherungsbranche einzuarbeiten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
