Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen erfahrenen Software Engineer (Senior Level), der mit hoher Präzision, technischem Verständnis und ausgeprägtem Qualitätsbewusstsein an komplexen Java-Anwendungen arbeitet. Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung anspruchsvoller Java-Anwendungen und -Systeme als Teil unserer Entwicklungsteams
  • Analyse, Design und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Softwarelösungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement
  • Mitarbeit über den gesamten Software-Lifecycle hinweg: von der Anforderungsanalyse über Design und Implementierung bis hin zu Testing und Wartung
  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden und Integrationsteams bei neuen Anforderungen, Incidents und Serviceanfragen
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams zur Sicherstellung einer stabilen und performanten Softwareintegration
  • Durchführung von Code Reviews sowie konstruktives Feedback zur Sicherstellung hoher Codequalität
  • Du bist mit AI-gestützten Entwicklungstools bestens vertraut und nutzt Technologien wie Claude Code oder AI-basierte Code Reviews
  • Einsatz agiler Methoden und moderner Tools für eine effiziente und strukturierte Projektumsetzung

Dein Profil

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, Informationstechnologie oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Design, in der Implementierung und Wartung grosser Java-Anwendungen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Java, Groovy sowie gängigen Java-Frameworks und -Libraries
  • Erfahrung mit relationalen Datenbanksystemen und SQL
  • Vertraut mit modernen Entwicklungstools und -methoden (z.B. Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker)
  • Kenntnisse in PDF/Apache PDFBox sowie Eclipse RCP/OSGi sind von Vorteil
  • Du setzt AI-gestützte Entwicklungstools routiniert ein und verstehst es, Technologien wie Claude Code oder AI-basierte Code Reviews in den Softwareentwicklungsprozess zu integrieren
  • Ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen und starke Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie eine logische, kunden- und produktorientierte Denkweise
  • Selbständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenverantwortung
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1 Level)
