Die Sumex AG wurde 2019 gegründet und ist aus der langjährigen Zusammenarbeit zwischen der ELCA Informatik AG und der Suva hervorgegangen. Im Jahr 2022 schlossen wir uns mit der Secon AG zusammen, um ein führender Anbieter von ERP- und Schadenmanagement-Software für das Schweizer Gesundheitswesen zu werden. Unser Ziel ist es, die Komplexität zu reduzieren, die Compliance zu gewährleisten und die Effizienz durch die Automatisierung von Standardprozessen im Versicherungswesen zu steigern. Unser privat geführtes Unternehmen mit Hauptsitz in Zürich beschäftigt mehr als 50 Experten, die Kunden in der ganzen Schweiz betreuen.

Unsere SaaS-Plattform wird von Kunden täglich produktiv eingesetzt und entwickelt sich laufend weiter. Mit neuen Funktionen steigen auch die Anforderungen an Architektur, Performance und Stabilität. Deshalb suchen wir einen erfahrenen Software Engineer, der Verantwortung übernehmen und unsere technische Architektur aktiv mitgestalten möchte.

Auch wenn Du bisher noch nicht als Solution Architect gearbeitet hast, freuen wir uns auf Deine Bewerbung. Wenn Du mehrere Jahre Erfahrung als Software Engineer mitbringst und den nächsten Schritt Richtung Architektur machen möchtest, unterstützen wir Dich gerne dabei.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der technischen Architektur unserer SaaS-Plattform
  • Mitarbeit als Full Stack Entwickler bei anspruchsvollen Features und technischen Konzepten
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei Architekturentscheidungen, Code Reviews und technischen Fragestellungen
  • Planung und Begleitung von Releases sowie Optimierung von Performance, Monitoring und Systemstabilität
  • Analyse und Bearbeitung komplexer 3rd-Level-Support-Fälle
  • Technische Führung und Coaching unserer Near- und Offshore-Teams
  • Einsatz von AI-gestützten Entwicklungstools wie Claude Code, GitHub Copilot oder vergleichbaren Lösungen im Entwicklungsalltag
  • Weiterentwicklung unserer DevOps-Prozesse sowie Engineering-Standards

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik (ETH, Uni, FH) oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Java, Spring Boot und Angular
  • Erfahrung mit DevOps sowie Cloud-nativen Technologien
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kubernetes, Helm, GitHub, CI/CD sowie Monitoring-Lösungen
  • Erfahrung mit Code Reviews sowie agilen Entwicklungsmethoden
  • Erfahrung mit AI-gestützten Entwicklungstools wie Claude Code, GitHub Copilot oder vergleichbaren Lösungen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
