Buscamos um Site Manager de alta senioridade com o compromisso de contribuir com o desenvolvimento de ações que promovam o bem-estar social da comunidade local onde atuamos e o desenvolvimento sustentável das obras.A Elecnor é uma multinacional espanhola que valoriza a solidez, a prudência no modelo de negócios e o respeito aos processos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLiderar a gestão global do site, sendo o responsável final pela entrega da UHE dentro do prazo, do orçamento, das normas técnicas e da meta de Zero Acidentes.Garantir a governança e o cumprimento rigoroso dos marcos estratégicos contratuais (modalidades EPC e Turnkey).Atuar como ponto focal e representante institucional da Elecnor perante o cliente, órgãos ambientais, equipes de fiscalização, sindicatos e comunidades locais.Realizar o controle meticuloso de avanço físico-financeiro, medições operacionais e liderar a gestão de pleitos.Mediar conflitos e alinhar expectativas diariamente entre empreiteiras, mitigando riscos de paralisação e mantendo o clima de apoio mútuo da companhia.Estimular o alto desempenho da equipe multidisciplinar, respeitando os processos consistentes da empresa, mas com postura proativa para melhoria contínua.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior em Engenharia (Civil, Elétrica, Mecânica ou Eletromecânica). Obrigatório registro ativo no CREA e habilitação para assinar as ARTs do empreendimento.Sólida vivência prática na gestão de transporte pesado, montagem, alinhamento e comissionamento de equipamentos pesados (turbinas Francis, Kaplan ou Pelton, geradores, transformadores de potência, pontes rolantes, comutadores e comportas).Amplo domínio em gestão financeira de obras complexas e administração de contratos Turnkey/EPC.Conhecimento inegociável das normativas de segurança (NR-10, NR-18, NR-35), programas de licenciamento ambiental (LP, LI, LO), condicionantes sociais e gestão de bacias hidrográficas.
