Scheduling & Capacity Coordination

  • Support fabrication scheduling activities based on labor availability, machine capacity, and production priorities.
  • Monitor workload distribution and fabrication capacity utilization.
  • Identify schedule risks and escalate concerns proactively.
  • Coordinate priority changes, engineering revisions, and urgent customer requirements.
  • Support daily, weekly, and monthly production planning reviews.

Cross-Functional Communication

  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing Planning, Fabrication Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Communicate fabrication priorities, shortages, schedule changes, and operational risks.

  • Assist with backlog management, KPI reporting, and operational analytics.

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Business, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing planning, fabrication planning, scheduling, production coordination, or supply chain operations.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
