General Manager opportunity with a chance to make Managing Partner in 3-4 years.

Why will it take 4 years? Our partners have developed 5 very strong Dealer Operator partners in the 25 years they've been in business. They have a system that works and we're looking for a leader who can develop within the culture of our group.
