The posting

Full Stack Developer

We are looking for a strong Full Stack Developer to join the Internal Professional Services team in our Customer Experience (CX) department and help us build and evolve the system we are developing.

You are a strong engineer on both the back end and the front end, with 4+ years of hands-on experience. You take real ownership (a "big head" - you see the whole problem, not just your ticket), and you move fast: you pick things up, unblock yourself, ship, and iterate.

What do we do?

Elementor is the leading website building platform for WordPress professionals.

Our vision is to empower web creators - developers, designers, and marketers - with the ability to create their future one pixel at a time. We provide our users with everything they need to succeed.

A new website is created every 10 seconds using Elementor!

Since we launched in Israel in 2016, we have expanded to more than 180 countries, with more than 16M websites powered by Elementor. About 10% of all websites around the world are built using Elementor!

How do we do it?

At Elementor, we're building the future of web creation.

We believe in empowering our employees and users, enabling people to grow.

Creativity, professionalism, curiosity, motivation, and friendship are the driving forces behind our journey, and we take great pride in the people of Elementor who lead the company's constant scaling.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and ship features across the full stack of our system, from requirements to production.
  • Build back-end services, APIs, and data models using Node.js and Python that are reliable, scalable, and easy to maintain.
  • Develop and customize WordPress solutions (PHP).
  • Build clean, responsive front-end interfaces and user flows.
  • Integrate the system with internal and external services and APIs.
  • Manage and work with cloud infrastructure (AWS) and databases.
  • Ensure code quality through version control, code reviews, automated testing, and clear documentation.
  • Take ownership and move fast: proactively find problems and opportunities, make pragmatic decisions, and deliver without waiting to be told what is next.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CX, Product, R&D) to turn needs into working technical solutions.
  • Provide technical mentorship to other developers.
  • Stay up to date with new technologies and best practices.

  • Solid experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), including data modeling and query optimization.
  • Experience with AWS or a similar cloud platform.
  • Experience with Git/GitHub workflows, code reviews, and automated testing.
  • High ownership and a proactive mindset: a track record of taking projects from idea to successful completion with minimal guidance.
  • Fast, hands-on execution: learns quickly, prioritizes well, and delivers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in agile development methodologies (sprints).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once per CV, from $25. Every application goes out with its own CV, written for that posting.
