Product Manager - Store & Payments

Job Description:

As a Product Manager for Store & Payments at Elementor, you will own the commercial engine of the company: the full user lifecycle from purchase intent, through conversion, to retention. Millions of web creators interact with our store, checkout, and billing systems, and you will make them fast, reliable, and effortless, while giving our finance, CX, and business teams the tools they need behind the scenes.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You will drive the roadmap for the store, the purchase flow, payments, tax collection, and the backoffice and billing logic that power them, working closely with engineering, analysts, PMMs, CX, business ops, and finance.

We're looking for a talented product manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys getting into the details of subscription billing and payments, and can balance structured thinking with hands-on execution. If you love turning complex business and financial requirements into simple, scalable product experiences, while making a huge impact in the process, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Elementor store, its UI, and the product catalog (Zuora), enabling fast, safe launches of new products, plans, and pricing.
  • Own the purchase flow (cart → checkout → payment → thank-you page → dashboard) for new purchases, upgrades, and renewals, driving conversion through experiments and cart recommendations.
  • Own payments (gateways, payment methods, approval rates) and dunning, reducing failed payments and involuntary churn in partnership with finance.
  • Own tax collection, partnering with finance and legal to turn their needs into clear product initiatives.
  • Own the back office and billing logic: subscription, product, and user management, CX account and billing tools, and APIs and MCPs for self-serve actions.
  • Proactively monitor funnel, payment, and billing data with analysts to spot issues early and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Work daily with engineering, analysts, PMMs, CX, business ops, and finance, prioritizing across growth, finance needs, and technical debt.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of product management experience in SaaS or e-commerce companies - must
  • Experience with checkout, billing, or subscription products - must
  • Hands-on experience with a subscription billing system (Zuora or similar) and product catalogs - must
  • Solid understanding of payments: gateways, payment methods, approval rates, and failure handling
  • Experience translating finance, CX, and business ops requirements into clear product initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using funnel data and experimentation to drive conversion
  • Exposure to tax and compliance topics (VAT, sales tax) - an advantage
  • Experience with APIs, MCPs, or agent-based self-serve actions - an advantage
  • Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts and manage trade-offs with engineering
  • Experience managing a product backlog and making prioritization decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: you'll be the connective tissue between engineering, finance, CX, and business teams
  • Familiarity with the WordPress ecosystem & Elementor - an advantage

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
