Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Co-Founder

Role Overview: As CEO/Co-Founder, you'll provide visionary leadership to ensure our protocol maintains its forefront position in the ever-evolving blockchain technology landscape. You'll be the driving force behind our company, representing our brand, values, and mission to partners, developers, investors, and the wider public.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a flexible strategic plan that adapts to the dynamic web3 environment.

Operational Oversight: Guide all operations towards fulfilling short-term and long-term objectives consistently.

Stakeholder Management: Forge strong relationships with investors, developers, partners, and the web3 community.

Fundraising & Financial Management: Secure funding to fuel our vision and allocate resources for sustainable growth.

Team Building & Leadership: Cultivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Product Oversight: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to keep the protocol ahead of industry trends.

Marketing & Public Relations: Be the face of the company, representing us at conferences and in media interactions.

Risk Management: Identify and address potential challenges to ensure smooth protocol operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar executive role, preferably in blockchain, web3, or technology sectors.
  • Profound understanding of blockchain, web3 principles, and cross-chain interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to make and execute strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Successful track record in team leadership and building.
  • Strong experience in fundraising and financial management.
  • Visionary mindset combined with practical execution capabilities.
