Bank Porter | Harpenden | Private Hospital | Flexible working hours | Competitive hourly rate plus excellent benefits

Spire Harpenden Hospital is recruiting for a bank Porter to support the maintenance of the hospital. The shifts are between 6am and 9pm and will include Saturdays and Sundays.

Contract Type: Bank/Zero hours

Duties And Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • To collect and deliver clean and dirty linen
  • Responsible for the teams safe management of the collection and disposal of waste, both domestic and clinical in line with corporate and hospital policy WM01
  • To assist with the general security of the hospital and associated grounds and report any security problems to the Senior Management team
  • Report any maintenance issues to the Maintenance department via Pirana
  • To undertake driving duties as required
