Vill du vara med och skapa oförglömliga gästupplevelser? Elite Hotels söker nu en engagerad och serviceinriktad Inhouse Sales Agent till vår bokningsavdelning!

I den här rollen blir du en nyckelspelare i vårt team som varje dag arbetar för att ge våra gäster den bästa möjliga upplevelsen – från första kontakt till avslutad vistelse. Du ansvarar för att hantera såväl individuella bokningar som grupp- och konferensförfrågningar, där du får chans att både bygga relationer och skapa affärer.

Du kommer också att projektleda våra konferenser och vara delaktig i själva driften, vilket ger dig en varierad vardag där ingen dag är den andra lik. Med fokus på kvalitet, service och gästnöjdhet är du med och driver Elite Hotels höga standarder framåt.

Dina ansvarsområden:

  • Hantera bokningsförfrågningar via telefon och e-post – både individuella gäster och grupper/konferenser.
  • Säkerställa snabb och professionell återkoppling enligt Elite Hotels riktlinjer (inom två timmar).
  • Vara en lyhörd kontaktperson som samlar in och vidareförmedlar gästernas önskemål för att optimera deras upplevelse.
  • Arbeta aktivt med merförsäljning och samarbeta med externa leverantörer.
  • Hålla dig uppdaterad om aktuella paket, kampanjer och erbjudanden.
  • Kvalitetssäkra bokningar genom att hantera segmentering, prisstruktur och information i vårt bokningssystem.
  • Skapa offerter, genomföra bokningar och följa upp gästnöjdhet.
  • Utföra enklare möbleringar och bidra i konferensdriften vid behov.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har minst fem års dokumenterad erfarenhet av försäljningsarbete, gärna med fokus på behovsanalys och att bygga långsiktiga kundrelationer. Erfarenhet från hotell- och konferensverksamhet är meriterande men inte ett krav.

Du är strukturerad, lösningsorienterad och drivs av att leverera rätt affärer som bidrar till företagets strategiska mål och total revenue. Du trivs i en dynamisk miljö med högt tempo där du effektivt prioriterar och växlar mellan olika arbetsuppgifter.

Med ditt helhetsperspektiv och affärsmässiga mindset är du en självklar lagspelare som bidrar till både teamets och företagets framgång.
