The posting

Inför årets julbord i Spegelsalen söker vi dig som vill bli en del av vårt köksteam och hjälpa oss att skapa en riktigt bra julbordsupplevelse för våra gäster.

Du behöver inte ha många års erfarenhet eller vara utbildad kock men det meriteras så klart.

Vi värdesätter framför allt rätt inställning, en positiv attityd och viljan att arbeta tillsammans i högt tempo med andra.

Du är noggrann, ansvarstagande och förstår vikten av att hjälpas åt när tempot ökar.

Arbetsuppgifter

Arbetet består framför allt av praktiska och återkommande uppgifter i förberedelserna inför julbordet och under serveringen. Det kan exempelvis handla om att:

  • Lägga upp och fylla på sill och lax.
  • Förbereda och arrangera ägghalvor och andra klassiska julbordsrätter.
  • Fylla på fat, garnityr och uppläggningar så att julbordet alltid ser inbjudande ut.
  • Hjälpa till med enklare matförberedelser och köksarbete.
  • Hålla ordning och rent på arbetsstationen.
  • Samarbeta med resten av köksteamet för att få arbetet att flyta på.
  • Hjälpa till vid varumottagning.

Vem söker vi?

Vi söker dig som är arbetsvillig, noggrann och har en bra inställning.

Du behöver inte kunna allt från början – det viktigaste är att du vill lära dig, tar ansvar för dina uppgifter och bidrar till en bra stämning i teamet.

Du passar hos oss om du:

  • Har en positiv attityd och gillar att arbeta tillsammans med andra.
  • Är punktlig, pålitlig och noggrann.
  • Kan ta instruktioner och arbeta självständigt när du har lärt dig uppgiften.
  • Är flexibel då arbetstider varierar mellan dagtid, kvällstid och helger.
  • Trivs med praktiskt arbete och stundtals högt tempo.
  • Vill vara med och skapa ett välfungerande julbord för våra gäster.

Erfarenhet från restaurang eller storkök är meriterande, men inget krav. Vi lär dig det du behöver kunna.

Om tjänsten

Vi söker både nissar och kockar till julbordet i Spegelsalen under julbordssäsongen. För rätt personer finns möjlighet att bli en del av ett engagerat team där alla bidrar till helheten.

Arbetsperioden sträcker sig från V.47 till V.51 med god chans till förlängning.
