Vi söker nu en serviceinriktad och engagerad receptionist som vill vara med och skapa minnesvärda gästupplevelser på våra anläggningar i Borlänge. Som receptionist hos oss är du ansiktet utåt och skapar en välkomnande atmosfär för våra gäster.

Då service och bemötande är vår kärnverksamhet så det är viktigt att du har en naturlig serviceförmåga och klarar av att arbeta i högt tempo med bibehållen positiv inställning, effektivitet och kvalitet.

Om Oss: Elite Hotel Brage är en anrik och modern hotellanläggning belägen i hjärtat av Borlänge. Vana Spa Borlänge erbjuder avkoppling och välbefinnande med sina lyxiga spa-faciliteter. Vi strävar alltid efter att leverera högsta kvalitet och service till våra gäster. Receptionen har en viktig roll i att vara spindel i nätet för att säkerställa ett fint flöde mellan avdelningarna och skapa en högklassig gästupplevelse.

Arbetsuppgifter:

- In- och utcheckning av gäster

- Hantering av bokningar och reservationer

- Informera gäster om hotellets och spa-anläggningens tjänster och faciliteter

- Ge exceptionell kundservice och lösa eventuella frågor eller problem

- Bidra till att skapa en trevlig och professionell atmosfär vid receptionen

Kvalifikationer:

- Erfarenhet av liknande arbete, gärna inom hotell- eller servicebranschen

- God kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift

- Serviceinriktad med förmåga att bemöta gäster på ett professionellt och vänligt sätt

- Organiserad och noggrann med förmåga att hantera flera uppgifter samtidigt

- Positiv attityd och förmåga att arbeta i team

- Ålderskrav: Minst 20 år, då vissa pass inkluderar serveringsansvarighet

Anställningsform:

- Extra vid behov

- Arbetstid: dag, kväll och varannan helg

- Start: enligt överenskommelse

- Sista ansökningsdag: Urval kommer att ske löpande

- Lön: Lön enligt kollektivavtal
