Vi söker ny kollega som vill förstärka vårt härliga team i hotellreceptionen! Elite Stadshotellet Karlstads verksamhet består idag av 183 hotellrum, konferens- & festvåningsverksamhet, puben The Bishops Arms samt våra nya tillskott Vana Spa och Rooftop by Vana. Från dag till kväll, året runt, tar vi emot gäster som ska besöka olika delar eller flera delar av vår verksamhet.

Receptionen är navet på hotellet och det är oftast här gästen har sin första och sista kontakt med oss. Därför är det av största vikt att du är bekväm i rollen som ansiktet utåt mot våra gäster och vill gå den extra milen för att ge gästen den bästa hotellupplevelsen. Att vara stresstålig, flexibel och van att arbeta med många bollar i luften tillsammans med bra initiativförmåga är nödvändigt. För dig är det helt naturligt att arbeta aktivt med merförsäljning. I det dagliga arbetet har du lätt för att samarbeta med alla avdelningar på hotellet.

Arbetet i vår reception består av in- och utcheckning, merförsäljning, hantering av telefonväxel, bokningar samt att hålla lobby och receptionsområde i bästa skick.

Erfarenhet av arbete i hotellreception och mycket goda kunskaper, tal och skrift, i svenska och engelska är ett minimikrav. Har du tidigare arbetet i hotellsystemet HMS är det starkt meriterande.
