Receptionen är hotellets hjärta – en plats där lugn, värme och förmågan att få varje gäst att känna sig sedd står i centrum. Nu söker vi dig som vill bli en del av vårt team och bidra till att skapa minnesvärda upplevelser för våra gäster.

Om rollen

Som receptionist på 80 % på Elite Hotel Frost är du den första kontakten våra gäster har, och ofta den sista de minns. Du är navet som håller ihop flödet mellan gäster, kollegor och serviceupplevelsen.

Dina arbetsdagar är varierande – från att hälsa gäster välkomna och checka in internationella resenärer, till att hjälpa konferensdeltagare, svara på frågor om Kiruna och samarbeta med våra kollegor inom housekeeping, restaurang och spa.

Tjänsten är på 80 % och innebär arbete enligt ett rullande schema, inklusive varannan helg. Schemat planeras med både verksamhetens och medarbetarnas bästa i åtanke. Här är det alltid teamwork, omtanke och glädje som präglar vardagen.

Vi söker dig som

  • Har ett genuint intresse för människor och service
  • Är prestigelös, ansvarstagande och tycker om att ta initiativ
  • Har erfarenhet från hotell, service eller turism (meriterande men inte ett krav)
  • Talar och skriver svenska och engelska obehindrat (ytterligare språk är en bonus)
  • Trivs i en roll där det händer mycket och där du får vara kreativ i att lösa gästers behov
  • Får energi av att hjälpa andra och förstår hur små detaljer kan skapa stora upplevelser
  • Är minst 18 år gammal
