About Elm AI Elm AI builds AI agents for sourcing, compliance and supplier operations. Our software is live with major consumer brands, helping teams manage audit reviews, corrective actions and supplier follow-through across thousands of factories.

The role We’re hiring a Senior Product Engineer to build Elm’s core product and agent workflows. You’ll own features from architecture and implementation through UX decisions, and help shape how we build software with AI.

What you’ll do Ship features end-to-end across frontend, backend and agent workflows. Design scalable systems and make clear architectural decisions. Shape the product experience alongside the implementation. Improve developer velocity, product quality, feedback loops and internal tooling. Develop practical AI-assisted engineering practices and identify useful work without waiting for detailed specs.

What we’re looking for Deep technical skills, strong product judgment and care for clear, fast, durable software. Fluency in modern software engineering and thoughtful use of AI tools in development. Evidence of building: side projects, prototypes, open-source work, writing or other work you’re proud of. Curiosity about new models and tools, ownership in ambiguous situations, and a balance of speed and craft.

Working hours This is an international remote role, with at least 4 hours of overlap with U.S. Eastern Time. We offer competitive compensation, benchmarked to your role, experience and regional market.
