At Tenpu, we’re building a game-changing enterprise-grade web application to help public buyers manage procurement processes efficiently. Our software supports Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposals (RFP), making the procurement journey seamless for both buyers and suppliers. We already secured a seed round close to 2M and we have a healthy runaway.

Who Are You?

You’re a self-driven engineer who thrives in a fast-moving, product-focused environment. You enjoy tackling challenges across the tech stack and love building scalable, maintainable software.

  • Full-Stack Proficiency – You're comfortable working at any level of the technology stack, from frontend to infrastructure.
  • Leadership & Ownership – You’ve led projects or taken full ownership of technical solutions, even in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent Communicator – You collaborate effectively, keep everyone informed, and communicate decisions clearly.
  • Effective Engineer – You look for ways to create leverage in your work, whether through code abstractions, internal tools, or automation.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a key role in building and refining our product. You’ll:
