Como Sr Staff Engineer você vai:

  • Definir a visão técnica de longo prazo, alinhando tecnologia à estratégia do negócio
  • Liderar a evolução de arquitetura, padrões e práticas de engenharia em toda a organização
  • Atuar como referência em decisões técnicas, influenciando múltiplos times e projetos
  • Identificar tendências tecnológicas e promover a adoção de soluções inovadoras
  • Representar a engenharia em fóruns internos e externos, compartilhando conhecimento e boas práticas
  • Atuar na formação e desenvolvimento de talentos técnicos, promovendo cultura de excelência e colaboração

  • Ambientes multicloud (Azure, AWS, Huawei)
  • Microserviços e gRPC
  • Event-Driven Architecture
  • Domain Driven Design (DDD)
  • Arquitetura orientada a eventos (Kafka)
  • Arquiteturas resilientes e tolerantes a falhas (Self-healing)
  • Java/Spring avançado
  • Soluções em stream e mensageria (RabbitMQ, KAFKA, SQS, SNS);
  • Banco de dados relacional e não relacional;
  • CI/CD (Azure Devops/Git)
  • Domínio em qualidade de código (SOLID / Clean Code)
