A área de People Analytics da Elo é responsável por transformar dados em inteligência para apoiar decisões sobre pessoas, organização e negócio. Atuamos na construção e governança do ecossistema de dados de Pessoas & Cultura, garantindo informações confiáveis que apoiam líderes, executivos e iniciativas estratégicas da companhia.

Como Especialista de People Analytics você vai:

  • Ser responsável pela construção, evolução e sustentação dos produtos de People Analytics da Elo, garantindo que líderes e áreas de Pessoas & Cultura tenham acesso a informações confiáveis para a tomada de decisão. Atua na definição e evolução dos indicadores e dashboards estratégicos da área.
  • Responsável por estruturar, integrar e manter as bases de dados de Pessoas & Cultura, garantindo consistência, rastreabilidade e disponibilidade das informações. Utiliza esse ecossistema de dados para gerar análises, diagnósticos e insights que apoiem decisões organizacionais.
  • Atuar como referência na organização e governança dos dados, definindo padrões, regras de negócio e critérios de qualidade das informações. Garante a integridade das bases, a documentação dos processos e a conformidade com requisitos de segurança e LGPD.
  • Apoiar a evolução tecnológica da área por meio da implementação de automações, integrações e novas soluções digitais. Participa da modernização dos processos de RH, buscando maior eficiência, escalabilidade e confiabilidade dos dados.
  • Transformar dados em informações relevantes para apoiar líderes e executivos em decisões sobre pessoas e organização. Contribuir com análises e recomendações relacionadas a temas como estrutura organizacional, performance, diversidade e workforce planning.
  • Conduz e apoia iniciativas que integrem Pessoas & Cultura, Dados e Tecnologia, garantindo a execução e sustentação das entregas. Atua na priorização de demandas, alinhamento entre áreas e evolução contínua das soluções de People Analytics.

Para esse desafio precisamos que você:

  • Tenha experiência com governança, integrações e qualidade de dados dentro do RH
  • Seja craque em Power BI
  • Entenda de SQL em nível funcional
  • Conhecimento de RH e People Analytics
  • Capacidade analítica / storytelling para fenômenos de pessoas
  • Gestão de Projetos
