Nesta posição, você atuará em um ambiente industrial, acompanhando processos e indicadores, orientando a equipe e contribuindo diretamente para a eficiência da produção e o alcance dos resultados da área.

  • Garantir o desempenho do processo produtivo, através do acompanhamento do atendimento das metas de produção, qualidade, eficiência e absenteísmo.
  • Realizar ações corretivas e de melhoria nos processos, através do monitoramento dos índices de qualidade dos produtos. Analisar e tratar, quando aplicável, os riscos dos processos.
  • Auxiliar no treinamento e desenvolvimento da equipe.
  • Apoiar a introdução de novos produtos, através da participação ativa nos eventos.
  • Contribuir para melhoria do processo produtivo, através da elaboração e análise dos indicadores.
  • Promover melhores condições para atendimento das metas e aumentar a eficácia do processo, através de ações corretivas e de melhoria nos postos de testes.
  • Gerir a equipe, através do planejamento e distribuição de responsabilidades, acompanhamento do desempenho, aplicação de feedbacks e estimulação ao desenvolvimento do time.
  • Formação Superior Completa ou cursando;
  • Sólida experiência como Líder de equipes de manufatura;
  • Experiência/conhecimento em SMD/SMT;
  • Disponibilidade para atuar em horário administrativo - segunda a sexta feira
