Why This Role Is Different

At ELVTR, there’s no cold calling. You’ll work exclusively with warm leads: people who have already shown interest in our programs but missed their first call with our team. Your role is simple: reconnect with them, rekindle their interest, and book them back in with one of our Sales Representatives.

Every call you book brings someone one step closer to their next career move, and it directly fuels the success of our sales team.

What You’ll Do

  • Call warm leads who missed their initial consultation and re-engage them
  • Schedule (and reschedule) sales consultations with our High Ticket Sales Representatives
  • Follow up persistently and professionally through calls and messages to reach every lead
  • Confirm booked appointments to maximize show-up rates
  • Maintain accurate records of all activity in our CRM system
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly booking targets
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, sharing lead insights and feedback

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Appointment Setter, SDR, or in a similar outbound calling role
  • Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • An active, proactive approach: you don’t wait for things to happen
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Comfort working with modern sales tools and CRM platforms
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven mindset
