## Role Summary We are seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to drive client engagement and support the sales funnel by scheduling qualified appointments for our team. You will be responsible for proactive outbound outreach, inbound lead management, and maintaining accurate scheduling records. This role is ideal for someone who excels at warm outreach, possesses strong communication skills, and enjoys helping potential clients take the next step in their fitness journey.

## Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls, send emails, and engage with leads to schedule appointments with the appropriate team member - Manage and prioritize a high-volume calendar, ensuring all appointments are confirmed and accurately reflected in the CRM - Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and pass only qualified prospects to the sales or fitness consultant teams - Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and route them to the correct contact or schedule follow-ups - Maintain accurate data in the CRM, including contact information, appointment details, and outcomes - Follow up with no-show or rescheduled appointments and implement effective reminder practices - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging - Track key metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and scheduling efficiency - Provide a positive, professional, and supportive experience to every potential client

## Qualifications - 1+ year of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, sales support, or a related role - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding productivity and scheduling targets - Excellent verbal and written communication skills; friendly, persuasive, and professional demeanor - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and calendars - Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) - Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities - Team player who can collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and fitness coaching teams
