Job Description

The Opportunity

Join the Office of the Registrar as an Operations Coordinator and play a critical role in supporting institutional compliance, data integrity, and student record management across a dynamic, multi-term academic environment. This position offers the opportunity to serve as a technical and operational expert, ensuring accurate reporting to key external agencies such as the National Student Clearinghouse (NSC), National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS), and state regulatory bodies.

In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with academic departments, financial aid, and business analysts to optimize reporting processes, enhance system efficiencies, and support strategic initiatives. You will contribute directly to audit readiness, regulatory compliance, and the continuous improvement of registrar operations, while also helping shape academic partnerships through transfer evaluations and articulation agreements.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about higher education operations, compliance, and student success.

This is an in-person position based at the Worldwide Headquarters (WWHQ) in Daytona Beach, Florida.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
