About Emergence AI

Emergence AI is a frontier agentic AI lab advancing safe, autonomous AI through its pioneering neuroformal architecture. We are building the next generation of enterprise AI: systems capable of understanding complex knowledge, reasoning across information, executing multi-step workflows, and taking action with the verifiability and reliability required for mission-critical environments.

Our Enterprise Agent Platform provides the foundation for building, deploying, and operating AI systems in production — from data connectivity and knowledge management to workflow orchestration, observability, evaluation, and governance. We partner with organizations in semiconductor manufacturing, life sciences, and other data-intensive industries to solve complex challenges that require trusted AI systems capable of operating in real-world environments.

Our team brings experience from leading AI research labs and technology companies, including IBM Research, The Allen Institute for AI, Amazon, and Broadcom. With headquarters in New York and offices across California, Spain, and India, we bring together diverse expertise and perspectives to tackle some of the most challenging problems in enterprise AI.

About the Role

We're hiring a Product Marketing Lead to be the bridge between Emergence's research and engineering teams and the markets we serve. You'll go deep with our technical staff, understand how our agents actually work, and turn that into positioning, narratives and launches that land with executives, buyers and the broader public.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll shape how the world understands Emergence, partner closely with product, research, sales and leadership, and help build the product marketing function from the ground up.

You'll

  • Partner with the technical team. Embed with research and engineering to understand our models, agent architectures, benchmarks and product roadmap well enough to explain them accurately and confidently.
  • Translate complexity into clarity. Turn technical breakthroughs into crisp positioning, messaging and stories for executives, technical buyers, analysts, press and a general audience, without losing accuracy.
  • Own positioning and messaging. Define how Emergence and Craft are positioned against the market, and maintain the messaging framework used across the company.
  • Lead launches. Plan and run go-to-market for product releases, research announcements and major features, from narrative through launch-day execution.
  • Build sales enablement. Create pitch decks, battlecards, demos, use-case narratives and customer stories that help sales win.
  • Know the market. Track the frontier AI and agentic landscape, competitors and customer needs; feed insights back to product and leadership.
  • Create thought leadership. Shape blog posts, technical explainers, whitepapers, webinars and conference talks, and help researchers and executives tell their story.
  • Measure what works. Define success metrics for launches and messaging, and iterate based on pipeline, adoption and market feedback.

You'll Have

  • Product marketing experience at a deep-tech, AI, developer or enterprise software company.
  • Real depth and curiosity about AI. You follow the research, understand concepts like LLMs, agents, reasoning, evaluation and inference, and enjoy learning more.
  • A track record of working shoulder to shoulder with researchers and engineers, and earning their trust as the person who gets the details right.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling. You can explain a hard technical idea to a CEO, a developer and a journalist, each in the way that lands for them.
  • Experience owning positioning, messaging and launches end to end for technical products.
  • A designer's eye. You can picture how an idea turns into a designed asset, and you're comfortable using Figma and AI tools to actually build the materials for launches and product moments.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and pace. You thrive in a fast-moving startup and can build process where none exists
  • You move easily between teams working at very different altitudes, from research and engineering to product, sales, marketing, design and leadership, and you adjust how you talk to each.
  • Strong technical understanding. You don't need a CS degree or an engineering background, but you can follow how the tech works and explain it accurately.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in the semiconductor industry is a major plus. It tells us you can market deeply technical products to sophisticated buyers and that you understand where AI meets hardware.
  • Product marketing, technical marketing or solutions roles at a chip, EDA, fab, equipment or AI hardware company.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor design and manufacturing workflows, such as design verification, yield, process engineering or supply chain.
  • Understanding of how compute, accelerators and infrastructure shape what AI can do and what it costs.
  • Existing relationships with semiconductor customers, partners, analysts or media.
  • Experience launching an AI or agentic product to enterprise customers.
  • Analyst relations or developer marketing experience.
  • Experience building a product marketing function at an early-stage company.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
