  • Mentor engineers and coordinate contractor resources as needed.

Security & Compliance

  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and automated engineering workflows.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience owning a production SaaS platform.

  • REST API integration experience.
  • Proven ability to support, troubleshoot, and scale production systems.
  • Experience leading a small engineering team or technical workstream.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
  • Interest in AI-assisted software development practices.

  • Experience with SOC 2, ISO 27001, OAuth, or similar security, compliance, and authentication standards.
  • Experience building software for regulated industries such as financial services, insurance, or healthcare.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
