Avec 180 collaborateurs répartis sur 10 bases situées en Mayenne, dans l’Orne et la Sarthe, notre groupe s’appuie sur une culture du service forte, largement plébiscitée par ses clients.

Rattaché(e) au responsable commercial, vous serez en charge de développer le secteur de la Sarthe. Vous assurerez le suivi et le développement des gammes de tracteurs et récolte de la marque NEW HOLLAND, auprès d’une clientèle d’agriculteurs et d’entrepreneurs agricoles.

Le suivi de votre portefeuille clients vous offrira également l’opportunité de proposer des marques de forte notoriété en matériel attelé.

Vos missions :

  • Prospecter, développer et fidéliser la clientèle dans le respect de la politique commerciale
  • Réaliser la promotion des produits par des présentations et démonstrations
  • Participer aux opérations commerciales
  • Gérer les dossiers de financement
  • Remonter et traiter toute demande, litige ou insatisfaction de son secteur
  • Réaliser le suivi administratif relatif aux actions terrain
  • Expertiser et chiffrer les reprises avec l’appui du responsable occasion
  • Réaliser une veille technique, technologique et concurrentielle de votre secteur

Profil:

  • De formation agricole ou commerciale, vous disposez d’une expérience réussie dans la vente de matériels agricoles ou de matériels techniques.
  • Votre capacité d'adaptation, vos compétences techniques de vente et votre sens relationnel vous permettront de répondre au mieux aux attentes de vos clients.
  • Votre capacité à travailler en équipe
