Du bist unsere zentrale Marketing-Person und arbeitest hands-on und eigenverantwortlich, eng an der Seite unseres Vertriebs. Statt vieles per Hand zu produzieren, orchestrierst du Tools, KI und punktuell externe Dienstleister - und machst Marketing so mit schlanken Ressourcen wirksam.

Deine Aufgaben

KI-gestützte Direktansprache (ca. 50 %)

  • Aufbau und Betrieb eines systematischen Outbound-/Account-Based-Marketing-Ansatzes zur gezielten Ansprache passender Gewerbe- und Industriekunden
  • Identifikation und Anreicherung relevanter Zielkunden mit KI- und Datentools (z. B. LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo) - nach passenden Kriterien wie Flächenpotenzial, Energieverbrauch oder Standortanlässen
  • Entwicklung stark personalisierter, mehrstufiger Ansprache-Sequenzen über die passenden Kanäle (Schwerpunkt LinkedIn, ergänzend E-Mail/Telefon)
  • Saubere Übergabe qualifizierter Kontakte an den Vertrieb inkl. Nachverfolgung und einfachem Reporting der Ergebnisse

Marketing-Basis (ca. 50 %)

  • Website: laufende Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Referenzen-, Produkt- und Team-Darstellung; Steuerung von Dienstleistern bei größeren Anpassungen
  • Präsentationen: Pflege eines professionellen Vorlagen-Systems sowie schnelle Erstellung sauberer Präsentationen für Vertrieb und Geschäftsführung
  • Messen: Auswahl relevanter Messen (Besuch, kein eigener Stand), Vorbereitung von Terminen mit relevanten Kontakten und konsequentes Nachfassen
  • SEO: Betreuung der On-Page-Grundlagen und der Themen-/lokalen Sichtbarkeit rund um Gewerbe-Photovoltaik mit Unterstützung von KI-Tools
  • KI-Marketing: Einsatz von KI als durchgängiges Werkzeug, um Content, Personalisierung, Recherche und Reporting effizienter zu machen

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im B2B-Marketing mit Fokus auf Lead-Generierung / Outbound (idealerweise LinkedIn/Sales Navigator, Kampagnen-Sequenzen)
  • Ausgeprägte Tool- und KI-Affinität - du baust mit KI-Tools echte Workflows, nicht nur einzelne Texte
  • Vertriebsnahes Denken: du denkst in Terminen, Pipeline und Abschlüssen statt in Reichweiten-Kennzahlen
  • Solide Basics in Website-Pflege (CMS), SEO-Grundlagen und Präsentationserstellung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und umsetzungsstarke Arbeitsweise - die Rolle läuft weitgehend eigenverantwortlich
  • Grundverständnis für DSGVO/UWG im Marketing-Kontext
  • Von Vorteil: Branchennähe (Energie, Bau, Immobilien, Gewerbe), CRM-Erfahrung (z. B. HubSpot, Pipedrive) sowie erste Erfahrung mit Automatisierungs-/Enrichment-Tools (z. B. Clay, Make/Zapier)
