Die Stelle

Als Projektleiter für Photovoltaik-Gewerbeprojekte (größer 500 kWp) begleitest du unsere Projekte ab Beauftragung über die gesamte Laufzeit. Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden, Fachpartner und Kolleginnen und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick. Mit deinem lösungsorientierten Ansatz sorgst du dafür, dass die Projekte erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Steuerung von Photovoltaik-Gewerbeprojekten (größer 500 kWp) während der kompletten Projektdauer
  • Sicherstellen der termingerechten Fertigstellung des Gesamtprojekts
  • Projektcontrolling – du trägst die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung des Budgets
  • Durchführung von Warenbestellungen
  • Durchführung von deutschlandweiten Vorort- Kundenterminen
  • Absprachen sowie Koordination mit Auftraggebern und Subunternehmern
  • Erstellung einer lückenlosen Anlagendokumentation

Das solltest Du mitbringen

  • Abgeschlossenes (wirtschafts-) ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium, Elektromeister:in/-techniker:in oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung oder im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in der Baubranche oder im Bereich PV
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • perfekte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Idealerweise bereits Vorerfahrung im Bereich PV-Dachanlagen oder in der Planung von elektrotechnischen Anlagen im Gewerbebereich (keine Voraussetzung)
  • Interesse an den Themen erneuerbare Energien und Nachhaltigkeit und aktuellen Trends
