Bist du auf der Suche nach einer Möglichkeit, mehr Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Produktionsprozesse im Bereich Chemie und Chromatographie aktiv mitzugestalten? Dann könnte diese Position genau zu dir passen. In unserer Chromatographie-Matrixproduktion verbindest du praktische Arbeit im Technikumsmaßstab mit Verantwortung für Qualität, Prozesse und Team. Gleichzeitig bist du die rechte Hand des Produktionsleiters und übernimmst bei dessen Abwesenheit die Stellvertretung. Bei uns bist du nah am Produkt, nah an der Produktion und nah am Team.

Deine Aufgaben

In dieser vielseitigen Rolle arbeitest du schwerpunktmäßig an der Synthese von Chromatographie-Matrizen im Technikumsmaßstab und sorgst gemeinsam mit deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen für einen sicheren, zuverlässigen und qualitativ hochwertigen Produktionsablauf. Dabei übernimmst du unter anderem:

  • Synthese von Chromatographie-Matrizen
  • Aufarbeitung, Analyse und Fraktionierung von Reaktionsprodukten
  • sorgfältige Dokumentation der Produktions- und Analyseschritte nach ISO 9001 und ISO 13485
  • sicheren und verantwortungsvollen Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
  • Einhaltung und Unterstützung unserer Gesundheits-, Arbeits- und Hygieneschutzstandards
  • Betreuung, Wartung und Pflege von Chromatographie- und weiteren Analysesystemen
  • Konfektionierung
  • Aufgabeplanung
  • Bestellungen für die Produktion tätigen
  • Abfallmanagement

Eine tolle Gelegenheit, sich im Bereich der chemischen Produktion weiterzuentwickeln Als Deputy Production Manager bist du nicht nur fachlich in der Produktion tätig. Du unterstützt den Produktionsleiter im Tagesgeschäft. Damit bietet dir die Position die Möglichkeit, deine fachliche Expertise mit ersten oder weiteren Schritten in Richtung fachlicher Führung und Produktionsverantwortung zu verbinden

Dein Profil

  • Idealerweise verfügst du über einen Hochschulabschluss in Chemie (B.S. oder höher). Auch ohne Studium freuen wir uns über deine Bewerbung, wenn du eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z. B. CTA) und umfangreiche relevante Berufserfahrung mitbringst
  • mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Produktion sowie nachweisbare Erfahrung in Führungs- oder Koordinationsaufgaben
  • gute chemische Laborpraxis, idealerweise im GLP-/GMP-Umfeld
  • sicherer, verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit Gefahrstoffen
  • sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft zu praktischer, teilweise körperlicher Arbeit
  • Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu teilen und zu übernehmen
  • fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) sowie Englischkenntnisse (B1), mit denen du dich im Arbeitsalltag gut verständigen kannst
  • gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
